How much are delivery costs?
We are very pleased to be able to offer FREE DELIVERY on orders over $200.00. Orders below $200.00 will be charged a maximum of $14.95 .Overseas orders will be costed at time of order.
Oils, lubricants and fuel additives need to be freighted. Therefore any orders containing oils, lubricants and fuel additives will have a freight charge of $15.00 added to the order. For other orders over the size of a standard carton we will calculate your freight charge and you can decide whether you want to proceed with your order.
How long is delivery?
Delivery usually takes between 2-5 days, depending on whether we have the item in stock or not. We will send you an email if it is going to take longer than this, or if an item is put on backorder by a supplier.
How can I keep track of my delivery?
We post all items out via Express Post (registered). When your item is shipped, we will supply you with an Australia Post tracking number so you can track your item.
If an item needs to be freighted, we will provide you with the freighting company details and consignment note so you can track your item.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is in attendance at time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the closest Australia Post outlet, or relevant courier depot.
Can I pick up my item from Ords Motorcycles?
Picking up your item directly from Ords Motorcycles enables you to receive your item sooner. If you pick up your item directly during our opening hours, you will not incur any freight charges.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
All valid orders are deemed final. If you wish to cancel an order or any items on your order, there will be a 25% restocking fee, plus any freight and handling charges incurred by Ords Motorcycles will be charged to you as a fee. If you are not sure what you are ordering please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at 03 53522732.Once an order has been processed, a 25% restocking fee, plus any freight and handling costs will be passed on to the customer.
Customer Order Errors
Incorrect customer orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the shipping/handling costs of the incorrectly ordered items, as well as the shipping and handling costs for the return of the incorrectly ordered items. Conditions of return of goods must be done per Returning An Item guidelines below, including our handling times and freight time allocation.
If the error is due to us supplying an incorrect part (different to what you have ordered) we will send the correct item at no additional charge upon the incorrect part being returned to us in its original condition and packaging and with no signs of usage or damage.
Returning An Item
If you need to return an item, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee, plus any freight, postage or handling costs incurred by us. Items will need to be returned unopened, uninstalled, and in original packaging and undamaged in any way.
For a refund to be given, you also will need to get an authorisation for return from us prior to sending it back to us. To get an authorisation you must contact us via email to receive an authorisation number. Returns are only allowed once we determine what you want to return and the reason why. Return of goods can only be given if the part meets the manufactures guidelines for return of goods.
Most manufacturers only accept return of goods if it is an item they stock. Please note, no returns are allowed after 14 days. If a return is granted, we will supply you with a return number that is to be labelled on the outside of the returned shipping package. Do not return parts in just the original package. Please place in another box to be shipped. DO NOT MARK ON THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE OR DEFACE THE PART NUMBER. If the package is marked or part number defaced, the package will be returned to the customer.
Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if in the new unopened package and still in original condition. Parts that have been installed will not be accepted for return. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers returning packages without a return authorisation number will either be charged shipping to return the package or will be accepted as returned to us free of charge. We highly recommend returning the items via registered post for receipted delivery.
If a part needs to be back ordered we will notify you via email. Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available. If you wish to ship part of an item before back ordered items arrive, additional postage costs may apply. We reserve the right to forward freighting costs.
For overseas customers, freight is individually calculated for each order, depending on weight and destination. If you would like a quote please request a quote or submit your order and we will provide a quote for freight before charging your card.
Please be aware that Ords Motorcycles is not responsible for any import duties or custom fees that may apply. It is also the customer’s responsibility to be aware when ordering of any restrictions on importations of some items. E.g. leather goods..
Any information quoted for sizing or fitting is based on Australian delivered motocycles and clothing.
If we have sent you the incorect goods we will cover the cost of freight return and re-sending the correct goods to you.
When we agree to cover the cost of return post, an Australia Post Pre Paid return label will be sent to the email address used in the initial order.
Once you have received the Return Post label from us, print out the label, stick it to the top of the box you are returning to us and drop the box at your nearest Australia Post Office. Australia Post will look after the rest from there.

You have a right at any time to request that you be told what personal information that we hold about you and to request that this information be destroyed.
The storing of cookies on your machine is necessary to identify a buyer during a session on this website. These cookies currently expire within 30 minutes, so if no activity (i.e. page loads) occurs within that limit, the cookie is destroyed and a new one created identifying a new session. Previous information is not retained for that new session.
Credit Card transactions are processed in Australian Dollars using:
